How do I view the status of my orders?

Your orders are listed on the 'My Account - Orders' page. After you login, you are taken to your account page, and a selection box is provided with 'Orders' as an option. Select it and click 'Go'. Visit your account now.

How do I view products offered for sale?

Click on the 'Products' link in the navigation bar near the top of any page, or click on a product category in the left side bar. Or visit our Products page directly.

When will my items be shipped?

Your order will be shipped the next business day following the date that you placed your order.

What are the procedures and conditions for returning merchandise?

Sonoran Unlimited, LLC offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Please call our customer service department at 877-222-7113 to obtain a RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. Returns received by Sonoran Unlimited, LLC without a RMA number will not be the responsibility of Sonoran Unlimited, LLC. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and ready for resale. Sonoran Unlimited, LLC will not be able to accept any returns without the original manufacturer's box with the original manual and all the accessories which were included in the original shipment. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable. Refused packages will be subject to a 7% refusal fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain a RMA number, please send an email to rma@sonoranelectronics.com or call 877-222-7113 and be sure to provide the original order number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact us for details. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, we will submit to our QA department where it will be assessed for a refund or exchange. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as a kit/package and we cannot resell those items separately. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by Sonoran Unlimited, LLC in writing. Once again, all returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange. Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not Sonoran Unlimited, LLC unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
